Because each print is made to order, we only offer exchanges due to misprinting. We inspect each item carefully before it is sent out, but, if your print is not up to your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your print. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our online form here.

We will need to receive the print back to inspect it. If we deem it is not up to our standards, we will be happy to refund your money for the return shipping and reprint the same item for you or refund your money within 30 days.
